Shipping

I currently only offer UK shipping, I am happy to get a quote for European shipping, please message me stating the items you are interested in so I can get a true price for you. 

 

Parcels will be posted via Signed for first class Royal Mail postage- this service is tracked but not insured. For greater value orders I would recommend choosing Special Delivery. Your order will be charged a flat rate for postage so you will only pay shipping once. 

 

Most pieces are made to order and will be delivered within THREE WEEKS. Unless stated one off or ready to ship in the item description. 

 

Returns

I do not accept exchange or returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. 

I cannot accept returns on personalised pieces. 

If you are unhappy with your jewellery please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to sort it for you. In the unlikely event that your jewellery is faulty or breaks during normal wear, I will offer in the first instance a repair or replacement, where this is not practical or possible a refund will be offered.

 

If an item breaks or is damage in transit please contact me immediately with photographs of the damage and any packaging damage. 

 

I ask that you choose sizes carefully, but if you do misjudge, bangles and band rings can be adjusted. I will do this at no additional cost once to reduce size, or charge a nominal one off fee of £10 to increase silver bangles/rings. Sometimes I am able to adjust stone rings, but there is a risk of damage to the stones during soldering despite my utmost care. If a stone is damaged, there will be an additional cost to reinstate a new stone in the ring.
